What personal data we process
- Contact details: when you email us or use the contact form on this site, your name, email address, your company and job title if you share them, and the content of your message.
- Technical logs: security and operational logs kept by the hosting infrastructure that serves the site (IP address, browser and device information, time of visit, requested page).
- Visit statistics: information such as page views, entry and exit pages, referring site, approximate location (country), and device and browser type, collected with a cookieless analytics tool that runs on our own server. The tool does not store your IP address, does not link visits to your identity and does not track you across other websites.
Messages sent through the contact form are not stored on this site or in a database; they are forwarded directly to our company email. The site has no newsletter or user accounts.
Why we process it
- To answer your enquiries and conduct business conversations
- To serve the site securely and reliably and prevent misuse
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used and improve its content and experience
- To meet our legal obligations
Legal grounds
Under KVKK Article 5(2), we process personal data where it is directly related to entering into or performing a contract (c), where it is necessary to fulfil our legal obligations (ç), and for our legitimate interests provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (f). Because the site does not use cookies, we do not ask for cookie consent.
How we collect it
Data is collected electronically: from you through the emails and contact form messages you send us, and automatically while you visit the site.
Who we may share it with
We do not sell personal data or share it for marketing. Data may be transferred, only as far as necessary, to the hosting and email providers we use, acting as data processors. These providers may have servers outside Türkiye; in that case transfers are made in line with KVKK Article 9. Where required by law, data may be shared with competent public authorities.
How long we keep it
- Correspondence: for as long as the business relationship requires and for the retention periods set by applicable law
- Technical logs: only for the limited period needed for security
- Visit statistics: as aggregated data that is not linked to individuals
When the period ends, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Cookies and similar technologies
The site does not use cookies or similar technologies for advertising or tracking. A technical flag is kept in your browser’s session storage only so that the opening animation is shown once; it contains no personal data and is cleared when the session ends. The content management panel, used only by authorised editors, uses cookies that are strictly necessary for signing in.
Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed
- Request information about the processing
- Learn the purpose of the processing and whether data is used accordingly
- Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom data is transferred
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- Request deletion or destruction of data under KVKK Article 7
- Request that corrections, deletions and destructions be notified to third parties to whom data was transferred
- Object to an outcome against you arising solely from automated analysis
- Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing
